Born on February 19, 1955 in Zahle (Lebanon), Paul HAGE-CHAHINE did his primary and secondary studies at the Petit and Grande Collège Notre Dame de Jamhour.Il obtained the Scientific Baccalaureate (Maths-Élém.) with honors.After studying law at the U.S.J. in Beirut, he obtained from the University of Paris II-Assas, the DEA in General Private Law (in 1977) and in Business Law (in 1978). His doctoraBorn on 19 February 1955 in Zahlé (Lebanon), Paul Hage Chahine completed his primary and secondary education at the Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour College and obtained the scientific baccalaureate with honors. A law graduate from the Saint-Joseph University Beirut, he pursued at Panthéon-Assas University - Paris II a DEA in General Private Law (1977) and in Business Law (1978). His Ph.D on the topic of The Act of Tolerance in Civil Law (1992) was awarded the highest distinction with the jury's congratulations and won the Paris II thesis prize. Paul Hage-Chahine is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, and a member of the Paris Bar Association where he collaborated with the law firm Célice Bancpain, Attorneys at the Court of Cassation. He taught the various branches of private law at the University of Orléans and is currently a professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut.l thesis in law (1974 regime) focuses on The act of tolerance in civil law. She obtained the very honorable mention with the congratulations of the jury and crowned by the Paris II Thesis Prize of 1992.Registered at the Beirut Bar, since 1981, and at the Paris Bar, he has collaborated in particular with the law firm Célice Bancpain, Lawyers at the Court of Cassation.Il has taught private law, in his various branches, at the University of Orléans and is still currently a professor at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
