Tania KHANATI holds an International MBA from FGM-USJ - Université Paris-Dauphine Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Currently, she holds the position of Grants Project Manager at the Lebanese School of Social Work (ELFS) – USJ. Since 2011, she has gained extensive experience in financial management of funded projects, having managed more than 15 projects, particularly with international agencies. She is also a lecturer, teaching subjects such as Financial Management of Development Projects in Bachelors and Master's degrees in social work and NGO management. Her expertise focuses on budget planning, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements and international standards in achieving project objectives.
