Dr. Rawad Samarani a obtenu son diplôme de Chirurgien-Dentiste en 1998, et en 2002, il a décroché un diplôme en Parodontologie (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures) de l’Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth. En 2012, il a obtenu un Master en Recherche de la même université. Depuis 2002, il est membre SAFE_USJ_du Département de Parodontologie de l’Université Saint-Joseph où il est actuellement chargé de cours. Pour l’année 2019, il a été nommé directeur SAFE_USJ_du “Diplôme de Chirurgie Implantaire Avancée”. Il a publié et co-publié 17 articles dans des revues internationales à comité de lecture, notamment dans l’International Journal of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, le Journal of Oral Implantology, l’European Journal of Oral Implantology, le Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry et le Journal of Maxillofacial Surgery. En 2019, il a rédigé un chapitre de manuel intitulé “Revisiting Guided Bone Regeneration in the Esthetic Zone”, publié par Wiley-Blackwell. Dr. Samarani est membre SAFE_USJ_du conseil d’implantologie de la British Academy of Implant and Restorative Dentistry. Il donne des conférences et des cours sur les thèmes de la régénération osseuse guidée, de la réhabilitation implantaire totale et de l’implantation immédiate dans la zone esthétique. Il a formé des centaines de dentistes dans différentes régions SAFE_USJ_du monde.
