A Certified Project Risk Management Professional (PMP and RMP) holding over 20 years of combined experience working on a variety of projects: Project Management and Risk Management in IT, Smart Solutions, Data Centers, Managed Services and Telecommunications. Gained deep knowledge in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget through an understanding of both business and technological domains. Certified in Risk Management Framework and the Brightline Compass and made sure to align the corporate standards with international rules and regulations. Managed from a Program Management Perspective the design, development, and implementation of technical systems, products, and processes from concept to completion. Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and tools, including Scrum and MS Project. In addition, Certified in International Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), PMI Organizational Transformation Foundation, and PMI Agile Hybrid Project Pro.
