Appeals lawyer and lecturer in law and business administration faculties since 1991 (Saint Joseph University and Université Al-Hikma, formerly). Member of the Legal Reform and Legislation Committee at the Lebanese Parliament between 2006 and 2016. Legal advisor to several ministries between 2003 and 2007, including the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, which oversees the legislative and reform work of proposed texts. Representative of Lebanon on the Board of Directors of the International Center for Mediterranean Studies in Paris from 2004 to 2009. Prepared studies and proposals for laws regarding a constitutional roadmap to save the republic with minimal amendments, the creation of a Senate in Lebanon, election laws that ensure proper representation, ways to protect Lebanon from sectarian strife, the role and responsibility of both Christians and Muslims in Lebanon and the Middle East, foreign ownership of property, optimal administrative organization in Lebanon, and encouraging women's participation in public life. He also contributed to numerous local and international TV and radio seminars, as well as law proposals, studies, and articles published in daily newspapers and specialized journals or under consideration by the Lebanese Parliament. Ranked by the British legal publication Lex Mundi as one of the 14 leading lawyers in Lebanon (Leading Lawyers). He has held the Jerusalem Cross Medal since 1998.
