Marina Al Daccache est docteure en génie des procédés industriels (UTC - Sorbonne Université) et en chimie (USJ). Maître de conférences au sein du département de génie chimique et pétrochimique de lESIB, elle y dispense divers cours, dont les techniques de séparation, la gestion des déchets et la conservation des aliments. Ses recherches portent sur la valorisation des déchets et les procédés de fermentation. Elle est également coordinatrice de l'évaluation ABET pour le département et conseillère du chapitre étudiant de l'AIChE.
