Rami Wakim is a Greek Catholic Melkite priest, head of chancery at the Patriarchate and lecturer since 2018 at the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences (ISSR). He teaches patristics and Church history there. A graduate of the Saint Paul Institute (Lebanon), Saint Vladimir’s (New York) and the Loyola Faculties (Paris), he has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and has notable experience in organizing scientific events.His current projects include a study of Al-Burhan al-Sarih by Abdallah al-Zakher and an introductory book on Melkite identity, emphasizing the Incarnation and its implications for theology and worship.
