Evaluation Report of “My School (Madrasati) project– A multimedia approach to educating vulnerable children in the MENA-Region” on the impact of the project containing 250 episodes, on children aged 6 to 9 their care-givers, in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Iraq, UAE, Oman, Egypt, Sudan and Algeria. The program touched 5 subject matters (Arabic, English, French, Science, and Math) with character building elements integrated in the episodes. Khoury, W. (2022). Public History Weekly, 5(10). https://doi.org/dx.doi.org/10.1515/phw-2022-20124 Research on “Innovation in Education” during a study visit as a Fulbright Scholar in 2020 to Florida State University FSU Co-wrote two new guide books for TOT on “Civics education in a diverse society” and “Freedom of religion and belief” with experts from Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Yemen, Tunisia and Morocco – Institute of citizenship and diversity management, Adyan (2018) Co-wrote (2017) the new Lebanese Civics Education Curriculum with a team of 15 Lebanese experts, and supervised and coordinated the final version of the part related to grades 10, 11 and 12. This curriculum included many components focused on giving the children and youth the knowledge and skills that would enhance their civic development and their protection on the physical, psychological and social levels, by shedding the light on their rights and potential and the practical ways to acquire and boost them.
