Youmna Makhlouf is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law Political Science of the Saint Joseph University of Beirut, director of the legal dispensary, a lawyer at the Court a member of the NGO Legal Agenda. She holds a doctorate in law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Her thesis (awarded with the mention of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas the special mention of the AHJUCAF 2023 prize) explores the identity of the individual in Lebanese private law.
