Operations Manager

Elise Khoury has served as Operations Manager at Fondation USJ since January 2020. She holds a Bachelor in Economics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.

In her role, Elise oversees the coordination and optimization of operational processes that support the University’s philanthropic initiatives. She works closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the department and to strengthen the efficiency and impact of USJ’s fundraising activities.

Alongside her work at the Fondation, Elise is also involved in project management initiatives focused on empowering young people and helping them develop the adaptability and skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Guided by the belief that education is a powerful catalyst for opportunity, she embraces the words of Malcolm X: “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.”
