- B2. Analyze judicial decisions of national and international courts, which enhances his ability to critical analysis.
- B3. Conduct legal research in a scientific way (structure and style) with a successful discussion of its results.
- B4. Apply the appropriate legal rule to the practical legal situation presented with a justification of the proposed solution.
