About Nour Yaktine

Nour Yaktine is a Clinical Psychologist whose work combines clinical practice, academic teaching, and research. She currently works as a Mental Health Counselor at the American University of Beirut (AUB). In addition, Nour is a Psychology Instructor at several higher education institutions, teaching both undergraduate and graduate-level courses.

Her research interests include psychometric validation, attachment and couple dynamics, and mind–body connections. Trained in Psycho-Organic Analysis, Nour is particularly interested in exploring the relationships between psychological experiences, bodily processes, and relational patterns. Her work is guided by an integrative perspective that emphasizes the complex interplay between mind and body in the study of human behavior and experience.
