At McKinsey & Company, Alex Abdelnour (ESIB, 2005) is among a new generation of leaders within the firm. Recently elected senior partner and distinguished partner across its U.S. offices, he reaches a key milestone in a career marked by steady progression since joining McKinsey in 2011 as an associate, before becoming partner in 2019.

Based in Atlanta, he has developed a recognized expertise within the firm’s industrial practice, where he helped establish its distribution capabilities. His work focuses on commercial transformation, advising leading companies in the automotive, industrial, and building materials sectors on core growth levers, including pricing strategy, commercial excellence, and go-to-market strategy.
