HealthTech Solutions Initiative: Projects
Berytech launched the HealthTech Solutions Initiative a few weeks back, where we welcomed anyone and any team working on a Health Technology solution that can respond immediately to the Coronavirus crisis and the current emergency medical needs for Lebanon.
Here we share with you the projects that have been supported and implemented to help with the COVID-19 crisis in Lebanon. We are very proud of the work done with the team and at the Berytech Fab Lab. Berytech pledged to support up to 5 projects with up to a $10,000 grant each to cover material used to prototype at the Berytech Fab Lab.
HealthTech Solutions
Aerosol Box – Intubation Box
The team at the Berytech Fab Lab has designed and successfully prototyped an aerosol box for protecting doctors and support staff from splashes during intubation. It was tested at the Hariri University Hospital.
The team at the Berytech Fab Lab has designed and successfully prototyped a face shield, a PPE device to help protect healthcare professionals to safely deal with COVID-19 cases.
ORB Facial Recognition & Fever Screening System
ORB is a security facial recognition system with thermal screening to detect fever in an individual, coupled with mobile and web applications for quick notification.
Berytech has developed a platform to list quarantine centers, giving users the flexibility to search by district and in English and Arabic.
Saydale is a B2C platform that aims to reduce the time spent by customers in pharmacies from minutes to seconds.
Berytech Fab Lab
The Digital Fabrication Lab is in the Berytech Innovation Park in Mar Roukoz, and the team of engineers is ready to assist with using all the machines to develop the prototype of the solutions. The Fabrication Lab has industry-grade technologies and a wide range of machines and equipment including: CNC Milling Machine, Desktop CNC Router, Laser Cutter, 3D Printers, SLA 3D Printer, 3D Scanner, Vacuum Forming Machine, Power Tools, Electronics Workbench, and Computers Workstations. Berytech a lancé la HealthTech Solutions Initiative il y a quelques semaines, où nous avons accueilli toute personne et toute équipe travaillant sur une solution de technologie de la santé qui peut répondre immédiatement à la crise du coronavirus et aux besoins médicaux d'urgence actuels au Liban.
Nous partageons aujourd’hui les projets qui ont été soutenus et mis en œuvre pour aider à la crise COVID-19 au Liban. Nous sommes très fiers du travail accompli avec l'équipe et au Berytech Fab Lab. Berytech s'est engagé à soutenir jusqu'à 5 projets avec jusqu'à 10 000 $ chacun pour couvrir le matériel utilisé pour prototyper au Berytech Fab Lab.
Solutions HealthTech
Boîte aérosol - Boîte d'intubation
L'équipe du Berytech Fab Lab a conçu et prototypé avec succès une boîte d'aérosol pour protéger les médecins et le personnel soignant des éclaboussures pendant l'intubation. Il a été testé à l'hôpital universitaire Hariri.
Masque de protection
L'équipe du Fab Lab de Berytech a conçu et prototypé avec succès un écran facial, un appareil d'EPI pour aider à protéger les professionnels de la santé afin de gérer en toute sécurité les cas de COVID-19.
Système de reconnaissance faciale et de dépistage de la fièvre ORB
ORB est un système de reconnaissance faciale de sécurité avec dépistage thermique pour détecter la fièvre chez un individu, couplé à des applications mobiles et web pour une notification rapide.
Plateforme des centres de quarantaine
Berytech a développé une plate-forme pour répertorier les centres de quarantaine, offrant aux utilisateurs la possibilité de rechercher par zone et en anglais et en arabe.
Plateforme Saydale
Saydale est une plateforme B2C qui vise à réduire le temps passé par les clients dans les pharmacies de quelques minutes à quelques secondes.
Berytech Fab Lab
Le laboratoire de fabrication numérique est situé dans le parc d'innovation Berytech à Mar Roukoz, et l'équipe d'ingénieurs est prête à vous aider à utiliser toutes les machines pour développer votre prototype. Le laboratoire de fabrication dispose de technologies de classe industrielle et d'une large gamme de machines et d'équipements, notamment : fraiseuse CNC, routeur CNC de bureau, découpeuse laser, imprimantes 3D, imprimante 3D SLA, scanner 3D, machine de formage sous vide, outils électriques, stations de travail en électronique et en informatiques.
