Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that USJ has received Erasmus+ funding and can send 2 teachers on a one week teaching staff mobility to Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), in Spain, during the upcoming spring semester 2018 or next academic year 2018/2019.

The Erasmus+ scholarship will cover:

• A daily allowance of 120€/day
• Travel cost up to 530€/flight ticket

How to apply?

1. Check academic offers at UAM and decide to which faculty you would like to apply.
   - English academic offer can be downloaded on this link.
   - All academic offers by Faculties are available on this link.
   
   Send the following to sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb :

- Your CV in English.

- A small text in English explaining your interest in UAM along with details regarding the course/seminar you will want to give there.

- The dates that suit you best to go on mobility (from… to.…).

Procedure and selection process:

• USJ’s international relations office will send your nomination by email to UAM along with your documents.
• UAM will get in touch with you and send you their own procedure to follow (documents to fill and send/online application etc.)
• You will have to follow UAM’s application procedure and send them all required documents within deadlines.
• Once your request is approved by UAM’s concerned faculty, they will send you your official invitation letter along with all other practical information.

Note:

- Your mobility has to be approved by your USJ director/faculty.

- Staff mobility must include 8 hours of teaching/7 days (including 2 travel days).

- The mobility can take place during spring semester 2018 or fall semester 2019 or spring semester 2019.
