We are glad to inform you that Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, is launching the new call for 1 incoming student for the 1^st Semester of the academic year 2025/2026 (Late September – December 20^th) within the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program (KA107).

Available scholarships are for 4 partner universities in LEBANON which include USJ, and which means that a final selection process will take place. 

Scholarship Details

       - Monthly grant: 850 €

        - Flight ticket cost (up to a certain limit)

 PS: Erasmus+ incoming students may apply for any programs offered by Sapienza University of Rome (both Italian and English-taught).

2 - Fill USJ's outgoing mobility form (1st page), have it signed by the dean and send it to sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb before April 10^th.

Remember that you need to have good academic records in order to be eligible to apply for a mobility in the first place

3 - USJ will send the official nomination of the pre-selected candidates to Sapienza. The nominated (=pre-selected) students will receive by e-mail a login code to Sapienza’s international students on-line application form.

4 - Starting from April 16th onwards, the nominated (=pre-selected) candidates (1st level or undergraduate/Bachelor and 2nd level/Master students) will need to upload the online system following documents by April 30th, 2025.

 - learning agreement

 - their Italian/English language certificate (B1/B2 level), according to the language of the courses they plan to attend.

5 - Sapienza will inform the students about the final selection results and send the invitation letter necessary for visa application starting from June 1st and no later than June 20^th.

IMPORTANT: 

There will be some restrictions for the acceptance of students in the Faculties of:

- Architecture

- Pharmacy and Medicine

- Medicine and Psychology
