The call for applications for staff mobility at Istanbul Kultur University is now open!

Application and Selection Process:

 Interested staff should submit the following required documents to sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb before February 7th,2025;

- Application Form

 - Mobility Agreement (Training / Teaching)

 - Work Plan

 - Language Certificate (if not available, attendance at the language exam conducted by the School of Foreign Languages of our university is mandatory for Training Mobility)

 - ID/Passport

 - CV in English

The application forms, including the Work Plan for Training Mobility and the Teaching Program for Teaching Mobility, are available for download LINK 

Once selected by the Vice-Rectorate for International Relations, we will send your official nomination to Istanbul Kultur University.

The selection of participants for the staff mobility program at Istanbul Kultur University is conducted by the Exchange Program Staff and the Student Mobility Selection Committee, appointed by the Rectorate of Istanbul Kultur University.

Application Calendar:

Application Start: 26.02.2025

Application Deadline: 19.03.2025

All staff mobility applications must be completed by 30 May 2025 at the latest for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

Mobility Duration:

A minimum of 8 lesson hours must be delivered during a 5-day mobility period.

Erasmus+ KA171 Grant Support:

 - Daily Allowance: 140 Euros/day * 7 days

 - Travel Support: 275 Euros for flight ticket (Total support for 5 working days + 2 travel days)
