Weathering Crises through Transformation Journeys

The FGM Business School recently hosted an insightful workshop led by Mr. Constantin Salameh, a global expert with over 40 years of experience transforming corporations, MSMEs, and social enterprises. As the Founder of CSTouch, with whom we have already signed a cooperation agreement (MOU), Mr. Salameh has guided businesses worldwide through innovation and resilience. With leadership roles at HP Financial Services, AMS Group, and Al-Ghurair Investments, he shared strategies drawn from his extensive career.

During the workshop, Mr. Salameh explored how crises can become opportunities for businesses to innovate, diversify, and grow. He provided actionable strategies for optimizing cash flow internally without external funding and presented a transformation framework that ensures resilience. Participants also delved into real-world case studies of organizations that successfully navigated challenges and emerged stronger.
