The USJ Business School is thrilled to welcome Dr. Jean Dagher to its growing family, starting this fall semester 2024!
Dr. Jean Dagher is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Lebanese University, complemented by a Master of Arts in Military Operations from the School of Advanced Military Studies in Fort Leavenworth, KS, USA, and a Master of Military Art and Science from the Command and General Staff College. With an MBA in Business Administration and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Lebanese institutions, Jean has a solid academic foundation. His professional journey includes roles as a University Instructor, specializing in International Management and Sustainable Development, and as a Strategic Planner at the Lebanese Armed Forces Staff for Planning. Dr. Dagher has also served as a Project Manager and Operations Manager within the Lebanese Armed Forces. Dr. Dagher’s teaching interests span various subjects such as Management Theories, International Relations, and Intercultural Communication, along with expertise in areas like Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management, and Conflict Management. Furthermore, he has contributed significantly to the field through publications focusing on military studies and civil-military cooperation, showcasing his dedication to academia and research.
