The USJ Business School is thrilled to welcome Dr. Roy Matta to its growing family, starting this fall semester 2024!

With a wealth of experience as a Business Development Manager and Senior Lecturer in Management, Dr. Matta brings an impressive academic background, holding a PhD, DBAand MBA in Management. Fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish, he has enriched the academic community through his teaching at universities in Lebanon and the USA, and his research on leadership, workplace conflicts, and consumer behavior.

Dr. Matta’s strong leadership, networking prowess, and problem-solving skills make him a dynamic addition to our team. We look forward to the knowledge and expertise he will share with our students and faculty.
