With over 35 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneurial leader, Dr. Bassous brings invaluable insights from the business, nonprofit, public, and educational sectors. He is also an accomplished adjunct professor and researcher and he’s most welcome into our large dynamic devoted team.

Dr. Bassous will be leading our new Bachelor course, "Pillars of Crisis Leadership," designed for learners to navigate and lead through unstable times. This course covers crisis sources, phases, and leadership models, equipping learners with the tools to lead change and extract organizational learning from any crisis.
