It was a great pleasure and honor for the Dean of USJ Business School, Pr. Fouad Zmokhol, to actively participate in the Nursing Symposium organized by the Order of Nurses in Lebanon in celebration of International Nurses Day. During his keynote speech, Pr. Zmokhol addressed the ongoing economic crisis, offering insightful potential solutions. He emphasized that this crisis was deliberate and intentional, as highlighted in numerous World Bank and IMF reports over the years. Pr. Zmokhol provided a detailed timeline of events since 2015, highlighting the repeated warnings and poor crisis management that led us to the current situation.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Pr. Rima Sassine Kazan, Dean of the USJ Nursing School, for her contagious dynamism, passion, and determination. It is through such cross-sectorial synergies that we can collaboratively work towards the better Lebanon we all dream of.
