With a diversified experience, Mrs. Rouba Helou has been at the helm of General Management at the Feetness-Scholl Group in Lebanon, where she has spearheaded strategic development, streamlined management processes, forged franchise agreements, and facilitated expansion into Gulf countries. In addition she also collaborates closely with the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne on projects aimed at certifying technical teams in Podiatry and Chiropody.

Mrs. Helou's professional journey, which began in management and marketing, led her to excel in regional retail development in the Levant with L'Oréal Luxe. As an Alumni of USJ Business School herself, holding a Master's degree in Marketing and an Executive MBA in International Management from the University of Paris Dauphine, she brings a unique blend of academic prowess and real-world experience to the table. In her new role as a lecturer for the Negotiation course, Mrs. Helou will undoubtedly enrich the educational journey of Master's students by seamlessly integrating her academic expertise with her practical insights. Her interactive approach promises to elevate the caliber of learning, providing students with a truly immersive experience.
