It was our great pleasure to organize the 1^st Executive Program of a series of programs that we will continue to be delivered in collaboration with CSTouch on diverse topics of interest to startups, social enterprises, NGOs, scale-ups and corporates.

The first Executive Program was on Financial Sustainability in Times of Crisis to participants from startups, NGOs and Social Enterprises. We covered several topics ranging from the transformation journey to financial statements analysis, financial modeling, internal financial sustainability, the journey to investment readiness, fundraising, risk management... Those were delivered through a combination of frameworks, applied examples, real case studies and testimonials.

The program was codelivered by Constantin Salameh , Lama Makarem Ayache and we had the pleasure to host several prominent industry experts including Yasser Akkaoui on ESG impact, Raja M. and Doha Makarem on coaching, Elias khalil on Balanced Scorecard for Beit el Baraka, Ghida Abou Jaoude on the Transformation Journey of InVentures, Maha Zouwayhed on the support provided to startups by the Talal and Madiha Zein AUB Innovation Park, John Fawaz, Marc Aoun and Marc Beyrouthy on managing crisis at Debbane Agri Holding, Compost Baladi SAL and Nature by Marc Beyrouthy, Frida Chehlaoui on personal transformation journeys and Sami Beydoun on investor's selection criteria. All participants received certificates of participation.
