We are glad to inform you that Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, is launching the new call for 1 incoming student for the 1st Semester of the academic year 24/25 (September 2024 – February 2025) within the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program (KA107).

Available scholarships are for 4 partner universities in LEBANON which include USJ and which means that a final selection process will take place.

Scholarship Details:

        - Monthly grant: 850 €

        - Flight ticket cost (up to a certain limit)  

Student application process

1 - Check Sapienza's academic offer: https://corsidilaurea.uniroma1.it/en

 PS: Erasmus+ incoming students may apply for any programs offered by Sapienza University of Rome (both Italian and English-taught).

2 - Fill USJ's outgoing mobility form (1st page), have it signed by the dean and send it to sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb before April 15^th.

Remember that you need to have good academic records in order to be eligible to apply for a mobility in the first place

3 - USJ will send the official nomination of the pre-selected candidates to Sapienza. The nominated (=pre-selected) students will receive by e-mail a login code to Sapienza’s international students on-line application form.

4 -Starting from April 16th onwards, the nominated (=pre-selected) candidates will need to upload the online system following documents within April 30 th , 2024.

A- 1 st level or undergraduate/Bachelor and 2nd level/Master students

• Curriculum Vitae

• Motivation letter

 •Transcript of records

• Learning agreement with detailed list of courses

• Acceptance letter signed by one of the Sapienza Professors who will act as the student’s supervisor (if planning to make research for the thesis).

B - 3 rd level/PhD candidates

 • Curriculum Vitae

• Exact indication of PhD course of interest among the PhD offer provided

 • Motivation letter + detailed Research proposal

• List of publications

• Letter of endorsement by academic staff

• Acceptance letter signed by one of the Sapienza Professors who will act as the student’s supervisor.

5 - Sapienza will inform the students about the final selection results and send the invitation letter necessary for visa application starting from June 1st and no later than June 20th.

IMPORTANT: there will be some restrictions for the acceptance of students in the Faculty of Medicine
