The University Pedagogical Mission (MPU) recently conducted a training workshop on Student Guidance, focused on mentoring and tutoring. In today’s educational landscape, the theme of guidance is paramount, particularly in ensuring quality training for all students. This is especially crucial for young individuals who are constantly engaged in learning and development, with a specific emphasis on supporting the most vulnerable among them. Currently, equity is a key criterion used to evaluate the quality of training.
Professor Patricia Rached led the workshop, which was exclusively designed for USJ teachers, aligning with the typical structure of MPU-organized events. The primary objective was to equip participants with the necessary skills to effectively implement a coaching process, considering its various components. Active participation was observed from approximately fifty teachers representing different institutions within USJ.
