On December 7, 2023, the Student Information and Orientation Office (SIO) at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) orchestrated the highly successful “USJ Open Doors Day” at the Sciences and Technology Campus (CST) in Mar Roukoz, Dekwaneh.

Spanning from 9 AM. to 5 PM, the event drew participation from 3,055 students representing 78 schools across Lebanon. The primary objective of the day was to provide high school students with valuable insights into the array of undergraduate programs available at USJ. Additionally, attendees explored opportunities for scholarships and financial aid, delved into the vibrant student and sports life at the University, gained awareness about mobility and international courses, and gained valuable insights into various career paths.

The event was brought to life with the active involvement of 40 USJ institutions and departments, each offering a comprehensive overview of their courses and services. Students were able to immerse themselves in this diverse spectrum through various media and a focused teaching approach. Moreover, they engaged in meaningful discussions about their future with deans, directors, heads of departments, lecturers, students, and alumni present at the various stands.

Anticipation is high for the next USJ Open Doors event, poised to be equally enriching and rewarding.
