As part of the 'Business Conferences' course, the Faculty of Business and Management’s students had a very engaging and dynamic session with an impressive guest speaker Mr. Maurice Massaad.

During this event, we explored the world of Lean Manufacturing and the Toyota Production System (TPS) through engaging workshops. Mr. Massaad, with his 25 years of experience in steel manufacturing and his passion for efficiency and waste reduction, provided invaluable insights covering very interesting topics such as: Introduction to Lean Manufacturing (TPS); A Comparison between Classical Management vs. Lean Management; Understanding the Concept of 'Flow'; The Power of Value Stream Mapping etc.
