Marcel Chaiban, a student from the Faculty of Dental Medicine (FMD) at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), is gearing up to embark on an expedition to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro. He recently had a meeting with Prof. Salim Daccache S.J. at the Rectorate, with the presence of FMD Dean Prof. Nada Farhat Mchayleh and Hôtel-Dieu de France (HDF) Director General Mr. Nassib Nasr.
Chaiban, with the aspiration of proudly waving the USJ-FMD and HDF flags atop Africa’s tallest peak, and the world’s fourth-highest summit, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the USJ leadership for their generous support and encouragement. Their backing will be instrumental in ensuring the success of this endeavor and making it a symbol of inspiration, signifying the power to overcome all challenges.
