The Faculty of Business and Management, in collaboration with the USJ Career and Placement Office (SIP), organized a significant event aimed at coaching and guiding students in effectively preparing their CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and professional pictures. The goal was to help them successfully navigate the highly competitive job market, which is currently undergoing structural changes on a global scale.
Over 150 students actively participated in this exceptional initiative, engaging with certified coaches and human resources professionals who were dedicated to shaping their profiles and preparing them for exceptional career paths and a promising future.
FGM extend our sincere appreciation to the SIP team, led by Dr. Ursula El Hage, and our colleague and internships coordinator, Prof. May Merhej Sayegh, for their outstanding efforts in organizing and ensuring the success of this event.
FGM remains committed to providing continuous mentoring, coaching, and support to its students. We take great pride in our impressive employment rates, with 77% of bachelor's students and 89% of master's students securing employment within just six months after graduation.
