The Faculty of Business and Management is pleased to introduce a new master’s course entitled “Diversity & Inclusion in Global Business Management” specially designed to guide students to navigate diverse settings more effectively, improve their ability to work within and lead diverse teams and global organizations.

The course is lectured by our colleague Dr. Elizabeth Kassab Sfeir , holding a PhD in Human resources strategies from Central Queensland University. She is an expert in public speaking and nonverbal communication, engaged and active in research and innovation and worked within multi-cultural organizations.

The Faculty and Business and Management is continuously reviewing, adapting, and developing its curricula to enhance its students’ competencies and skills, so they further meet the rapidly evolving labor market needs and build a successful career .
