The Faculty of Business and Management is proud to introduce the newly added bachelor’s elective course entitled “Human Talent Development” that will be lectured by Mrs. Raymonde NAIM whom we warmly welcome in our team and large family. 

The Human Talent Development course will provide learners with the general framework to understand the strategic dimension of HR Management with a focus on hard and soft skills.

Mrs. NAIM is a Senior Manager, Lead HR for Audit & Assurance at Deloitte & Touche, Beirut office. She’s also Central & Enabling Functions Talent & Learning Lead for the Middle East region. With the accelerated global economy and technological change; organizations must adapt to more resilient and innovative solutions in response to this complex business environment. Therefore, employee development is vital to enhance new levels of flexibility and innovation.

The FGM is continuously reviewing and developing its curricula to enhance its students’ competencies and skills, so they further meet the rapidly evolving labor market needs.
