The Faculty of Business and Management is proud to introduce a new undergraduates’ elective course entitled “Design thinking for innovation” that will be lectured by our colleague Mrs. Roula CHEHAB.
This new course is a premiere on the local market and is crafted to equip aspiring business managers & entrepreneurs with an internationally acclaimed innovative approach to problem solving. Design thinking framework, developed by IDEO and popularized by Stanford school, places users at its core, is broadly applicable and can be used by any industry looking to address complex challenges.
Mrs Chehab who will be leading this course is an Innovation catalyst, a strategy and branding consultant and a Visual Artist. She has been recently certified in design thinking by the prestigious Stanford GSB and trained by world creativity gurus such as Tony Busan and Michael Gelb. She has been lecturing at our faculty for two decades on topics ranging from innovation to communications and sustainability while sustaining a robust corporate practice, as Chief Marketing Officer in many reputable corporates such as Resource Holding, Inkript Holding, Libanpost, Snaidero to name only few. Her strategic, organizational, and creative skills enabled her to build long-lived brands and love marks for local, regional markets. Mind-bender she is immersing herself in creative education, on another note, her Art has been exhibited locally and internationally.
