“Education is all a matter of building bridges” [Ralph Elisson]
In line with its international openness strategy, the Faculty of Business and Management had the pleasure and honor to host Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF) scholarship holders for a transparent discussion on the Lebanese economic and financial crisis with the Dean of the faculty Pr. Fouad Zmokhol. This visit coordinated by the USJ students’ life office and FNF Beirut office, gathered 20 FNF scholarship holders from various academic backgrounds who engaged in a fruitful, transparent, and enlightening discussion with Dean Zmokhol on the atypical multidimensional crisis Lebanon is going through since 3o years till today.
We deeply thank Mr. Kristof Kleemann, project director at FNF, and Ms. Gloria Abdo, head of USJ students’ life office for coordinating this visit and for their presence.
The Faculty of Business and Management will keep building bridges between scholars and academics from around the world to broaden its students’ vision on all current issues and believe that creating connections is the key to success.
