As part of its newly introduced bachelor course entitled “Business Conferences”, the Faculty of Business and Management (FGM) had the pleasure and honor to host Mr. Jean Tawile, USJ alumnus with an MBA from INSEAD, Private Banking Manager and Public Policy Advisor in the MENA region.
Throughout a one-hour conference, Mr. Tawile presented a new competitive economic model for Lebanon to discover the ways to build a path towards a sustainable economy. The model is based on reducing the cost of doing business, minimizing unnecessary regulatory barriers, triggering creativity, fostering competition, and improving governance to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the Lebanese private sector and accelerate the recovery of the economy.
The FGM’s “Business Conferences” course tackles diversified current issues with reputable experts from the business world having one common aim, to introduce our students to real life issues while enlarging their diversified experience and knowledge.
