After the success of the trainings made by the Professional Training Center of Saint Joseph University of Beirut to Berytech Managers, the center launched this year 2020/2021 the “Berytech Leadership Program for Seniors and Middle Managers” that started in March and ended in June with common sessions to Senior and Middle Managers. Twelve modules were taken with professional trainers in the world of Leadership and Management helping the managers to understand the key success factors of business transformation and the ability to assess the need for a transformation in a company. It’s important to mention that these kinds of program were designed and developed by the Professional Training center of Usj after analyzing the company needs in term of trainings.
