Freie Universität Berlin (FUB) have decided to go virtual in 2021 and organize its 9th International Staff Training Week online, from June 14 to June 18, 2021, with a shorter version of the program (see a draft enclosed). To allow a potential participation of Erasmus+ ICM partners from Taiwan to California, the staff week will take place every day from 1 to 3 pm Central European Time.
It will include four parallel programs:
Participation is possible for administrative staff working in the fields of libraries, continuing education and HR, alumni offices and colleagues working in international offices.
Application process:
If you are interested in participating in one of the programs, please contact USJ's international relations team (sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb) and submit your application to FUB by April 12th:
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 1 participant per program per institution, as FUB strives for an interactive program with lots of room for getting to know each other, exchanges of ideas and lively discussions. In case of more applications than spots available, FUB will do a selection and inform you about the results by the end of April.
Please know that Erasmus+ unfortunately does not financially fund virtual Erasmus+ mobilities. However, FUB, as the hosting university, can count your virtual participation as an Erasmus+ mobility and thus need you to fill in and sign a Mobility Agreement and a Grant Agreement after you confirmed your participation.
Please note that there will be no participation fees.
