In a powerful stride towards building a brighter future, Saint Joseph University of Beirut proudly announces its collaboration with Tarraf Foundation. This dynamic partnership is dedicated to reshape the educational landscape in Lebanon. Together, we embark on a mission fueled by the unwavering belief in the transformative power of education.
The Tarraf Foundation is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to offering educational opportunities to disadvantaged students in Lebanon. Its primary goal is to address the pressing demand for accessible education in Lebanon, a nation grappling with an unprecedented economic and financial crisis.
In line with its mission, the Tarraf Foundation represented by Dr. Rana Jammal, Managing Director, and Dr. Hadi Hammoud, member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, has signed, on August 31, 2023, a scholarship agreement with the Rector of the Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), Prof. Salim Daccache SJ, Fondation USJ represented by Mrs. Cynthia-Maria Ghobril Andrea, Director of Fondation USJ and the Financial Aid Department represented by Mrs. Lynn Bou Samra.
Through this partnership, our goal is to transform education from a mere aspiration into a concrete reality for the underprivileged youth in Lebanon. This will empower them to unlock their full potential and, subsequently, contribute to the positive transformation of both their communities and our world.
