L’Atelier is the training restaurant for the Institute of Business Administration (IGE) Hotel Management students. It has been designed to provide the field experience closest to professional reality to Hospitality Management students.
Students work and fulfill their positions as maîtres d’hôtel, hostesses, sommeliers, waiters and cooks to ensure the best experience for customers.
L’Atelier offers a variety of dishes prepared from the best ingredients available on the market while keeping prices reasonable. The restaurant's goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and to enhance the training provided to the students.

With more than 100 events organized per year, L’Atelier Traiteur has become a renowned name in the Lebanese gastronomy scene and caters to organizational requests ranging from a cocktail party for 20 people to dinners for more than 1000 people.
