Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Option: Culinary Arts

The Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Option: Culinary Arts is designed to form students to become managers, leaders and trendsetters in Culinary Arts and Restaurants Management. Students will gain valuable hands-on experience through apprenticeships under the supervision of professionals and dedicated mentors. Future graduates will become knowledgeable in the most advanced and recent techniques and culinary trends, enabling them to set new standards and help restaurants and culinary businesses reach new heights. This Bachelor’s Degree is taught in French or English and is part of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance, a network of prestigious institutions around the world. At the end of the program, students will have acquired a strategic reflection, allowing them to take on notable roles and responsibilities within the F&B sector, and to even plan the launch of their own business entity. Such roles can be: Restaurant Manager or Managing Owner, Food & Beverage Manager, Franchise Manager, Banquet Sales Agent or Manager, Events Manager, Cost Controller, Consultant, etc.
