Fadi Daou

CEO and Founder of MultiLane SAL

Fadi Daou is an Entrepreneur and Technologist, he acquired a BSEE and MSEE from Northeastern University in Boston after emigrating form Lebanon in 1981. He has applied his knowledge and passion for innovation pursuit towards founding the selling multiple high-tech startups in the US and Lebanon over more than 30 years.

Fadi’s US ventures are Telephotonics a developer of passive optical components which was sold to DuPont, Fibergrade which was sold to Tsunami Photonics, PXIT which was sold to Agilent in 2006.

After repatriating back to Lebanon, Fadi founded MultiLane SAL, a manufacturer of high-speed test instruments for backbone, and cloud-computing industry. Based in Fadi’s hometown of Houmal, MultiLane develops test equipment to global internet networks, providing products and services to the likes of Cisco, Intel, Google, Dell, and many others.

Today, Fadi is developing Houmal Technology Park (HTP), an envisioned hub for Lebanese technological innovation and development. HTP includes office space, incubator space, an applied training center, research laboratories, and electronics NPI center to start and operate venture backed companies that develop state of the art technology and products form Lebanon to the global market.
