Ali Zogheib graduated from AUB as a Computer and Communications Engineer in 1996. He started his career at Cyberia, one of the leading ISPs in Lebanon and the region as the Customer Care Manager. In 1998 he held the position of the Network Planning Technical Manager and helped to establish two new ISPs abroad: Cyberia Saudi Arabia and Cyberia Jordan. As of 2002, he managed the Sales and Marketing department and acted as the CCO where he contributed to the launch of several new services, among which the national ADSL project in 2007.

Following a merger in 2012, Cyberia became part of GlobalCom, the largest privately help Telecom Operator in Lebanon where Ali took the responsibilities of the Residential Sales Director, being responsible for the residential sales, marketing, product development and customer relationship management at GlobalCom.

Today, Ali is acting as the Residential Sales Director and Product Management Director at GlobalCom. Among his current duties is the IoT Project, through which GlobalCom intends to introduce a new technology and make it available to every business or solution provider looking to leverage on IoT in order to improve productivity, reduce maintenance costs and offer environmentally friendly products and services.
