This course is designed for students enrolled in the Master's in Translation program to equip them with the necessary skills to apply specific up-to-date technological tools to the translation process, which include CAT tools, terminology management tools, corpus tools and project management tools. Its primary objective is to provide them with an insight into the potential and constraints of machine translation (MT), computer-assisted translation (CAT), and automated language (AL), aiming at helping them acquire hands-on experience of using these tools to enhance their translation productivity.
