This course is designed for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts in Translation program to help them develop proficiency in both oral and written translation of general and topical texts from Spanish into English. It aims at refining their linguistic skills and abilities through the comparison of source and target texts to ensure accuracy. It introduces them to fundamental translation techniques and tools, laying a solid foundation for any and all of their translation projects in such language combination.
