OBJECTIVES 1. Learning the elements that influence the positive and/or negative behavior of individual within an organization and affect Quality performance 2. Understanding the individual behavioral evolution with a group in an organization and analyzing the techniques of groups management for a better performance and organizational effectiveness CONTENT The purpose of the course is to explore Organizational behavior (often abbreviated OB) which is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behaviour within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization’s effectiveness.
