Micro-CT assessment of gap-containing areas along the gutta-percha-sealer interface in core based obturation techniques.

Description :

This study will evaluate the quality of root canal sealer filling by using a core obturators with CSBS in oval shaped canals. This will be possible by taking teeth and after that, scanning them by micro-CT to standardize the oval shape root canal. After shaping them with the instruments, they will be obturated using core obturators with calcium silicate-based sealers and AH plus sealer. At the end micro-CT scanning will be done in order to calculate the void and then compare the results.
