Integrate corporate strategies with organizational structure and increase student abilities in analyzing corporate strategies with respective structures CONTENT Introduction to Organizations and Overviews; Strategic Management & Organization effectiveness; The External Environment; Organization Size, Life Cycle, and Decline; Fundamentals of Organization Structure; Organization Design Process
