Leadership philosophy and communication Objectives The purpose of this course/seminar is to raise the awareness of our graduate students on latest leadership skills, traits and communication characteristics. Content The course shall be delivered in the form of a seminar, thus allowing high interactions among candidates and course leader. The course/seminar shall also include a set of leadership activities and exercises to be conducted in class aiding to translate most of the concepts and theories addressed into real time simulations. Subject Discussed are: Characteristics of influential leaders; Leaders life cycle evolution; Inspirational leaders methodologies; Assertive, aggressive and passive communication ; Team dynamics & Leader’s effect.
