Mon axe de recherche est focalisé sur la valorisation des coproduits alimentaires à travers la récupération de molécules bioactives moyennant des technologies émergentes d’extraction telles que les champs électriques pulsés, les ultrasons, les décharges électriques à haute tension, les infrarouges, etc. Les molécules bioactives sont ensuite valorisées dans diverses applications industrielles, en cosmétologie, en science des matériaux, en pharmaceutique, et comme additifs alimentaires. En résumé mes axes de recherche sont:

  • Procédés de séchage et de mise en forme (atomisation, etc.)
