Since 1997, Amal Moukarzel Damien has been actively involved in teaching and supervising social work students at ELFS and UDEM (Montreal. Her role extends to coordinating various training programs and degrees, including the “Social Entrepreneurship Diploma” and collaborative projects with organizations such as UNRWA and the Jyane Foundation in Kurdistan, as well as research with UNHCR and within the framework of the Middle East Displacement Chair

Amal also has significant consulting experience where she has designed, led and evaluated numerous training programs and development projects across Lebanon and internationally. His consulting work includes collaborations with UN agencies, local (ESFD) and international (AFD, World Bank, EU) NGOs and government agencies (OMSAR), focusing on community development, local governance and women's economic empowerment. She has been instrumental in projects related to social entrepreneurship, refugee support and environmental impact assessments, reflecting her multi-dimensional expertise in social and economic development.
